Carol Jean Spraggins-Moore, of St. Paul, MN departed this life on November 15, 2021, in St. Paul, MN. Visitation service will be 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021, Lighthouse of Hope Church, 45 Sheffield Drive, Belleville, IL.  Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Carol Jean Spraggins-Moore is survived by her children;  Tammy, Cory, Dorean,Tammara, and LaKesha Spraggins; Siblings: Frances Thomas, Barbara Dennis, Earnestine McCain, Delores Reed, Beverly Horton, Sylvia Spraggins, twin brother, Carl Spraggins, Geraldine Scott, DeUndrae Spraggins, Shirley Gardner-McCain, Alice Irving, Felix,and Derek Gardner.  A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
