Memorial service from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Saturday, June 12, 2021, at Teat Chapel, 10419 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL.  Cleotha leaves to cherish his memories his siblings; Mable(James) Long, Timothy (Victoria) Davis, LeAndrew(Ruthie) Davis, Anthony Davis, Willie (Delnas) Tilmon, Dorothy Newson, Estella Mae (Leo) Smith, Jeanette (Darell) Davis, Loistine Tilmon, Earnestine (Ira) Glanton, and Freddie (Tonia) Tilmon, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins,and friends.
