Mr. Edward Stringer, Sr., 80, of Swansea, IL departed this life on October 30, 2021, in Maryville, IL. Visitation service will be 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2021, at Teat Chapel, 10419 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL.  Service will follow at 4:00 p.m. His precious memories and legacy will always be cherished by his surviving sister, Eva(Sam) Dixon, his 6 loving children; Rhonda Green, Edward(Donna) Stringer Jr., Kenneth(Nikki) Stringer Sr., Kimberly Stringer, Cheryl (Dartavous) Stringer-Washington, Rasheeda(Rashid) Williams, 2 step-daughters; LaShanda McDonald and KaShena McDonald, 20+ grandchildren, 15+ great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
