He leaves to cherish his memories his nephews De’Undrae “Tezzen” Spraggins of Cahokia Heights, IL, Carl (April) Spraggins of Indianapolis, IN, and Larry Ballard; Nieces Frances Thomas, Barbara Dennis, Delores Reed all of E. St. Louis, IL, Sheila Ballard of Chicago, IL, Linda Garrett of Kansas City, MO, Beverly Horton, Sylvia Spraggins, and Geraldine Scott all of E. St. Louis, IL and a host of cousins, and other dear relatives and friends.
