Mr. Harold Vernell Jones, Sr., 71, of Cahokia, IL departed this life on March 18, 2021 in St. Louis, MO. Visitation service will be 11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Teat Chapel, 10419 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL.  Service will follow at 12:00 noon. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Gladys Gamble-Jones of Cahokia, IL; Two sons Harold Jones, Jr. of Belleville, IL, and Michael Jones of O’Fallon, IL; Two daughters Shionice (Cornell) Leflore of Cahokia, IL, and Cierra (Jonas) Uneave of St. Louis, MO;  One brother Erma Jones, Jr. of Belleville, IL; Six sisters Cristine Jones, Arlene Dale, Norma Jones, Lenora Jones, Maryann Jones, and Willa May Jackson; Fourteen Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
