Mr. Isaac Franklin Cotton, 75, of Belleville, IL departed this life on August 14, 2021, in O’Fallon, IL. Visitation service 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Church of the Living God, 8901 Pleasant View Drive, Fairview Heights, IL .  Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 23, 2021, at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Gloria Cotton of Belleville, IL; Sons Lamar (Tamika) Cotton of Pilot Point, TX, and Darrius (Alisha) Sawyer of Fort Walton Beach, FL; Daughter Trenee Winnie of Beaverton, OR; Brother George Cotton of Cahokia, IL; Sister Minnie Cotton; Four Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
