St. Louis, IL.  Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Lue Foggie of Fairview Heights, IL; Three daughters Theresa (Robert) Trice of St. Louis, MO, Minetta Burks of St. Louis, MO, Lucretia (Barnichio) Cureton of Fairview Heights, IL; Three sons Randal Paul of Olivette, MO, James Foggie, III of Cape Girardo, MO and Paul Harris of St. Louis, MO; Two sisters JoAnn (Robert) Nelson of Florissant, MO and Nancy (Carl) Paris of BlackJack, MO; A special cousin Fred Foggie, Jr.; Thirteen Grandchildren; Three Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relative and friends.
