Mr. Jesse James Spraggins, 65, of E. St. Louis, IL. departed this life on August 19, 2019 in Centreville, IL. Visitation will be 10am-11am on Wednesday, August  28, 2019  Service will follow at 11am both at Mt Zion Baptist Church 2235 Bond Ave East St Louis, IL 62205.  Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO   He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters Carla Spraggins of O’Fallon, IL and Jessica Spraggins of Belleville, IL; Eleven sisters Frances Thomas, Barbra Dennis, EarnestineMcCain, Deloris Reed, Beverly (Steve) Horton, Sylvania Spraggins, Geraldine Scott all of E. St. Louis, IL, Carol (Rick) Moore of St. Paul, MN, Rose Gardner of St. Louis, MO, Shirley (Roy) of Fairview Heights, IL and Alice Irvin of St. Louis, MO; Four brothers Carl J. (April) Spraggins, DeUndrae Spraggins, Felix Gardner and Derek Gardner all of E. St. Louis, IL; ThreeGrandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relative and friends.
