Mr. Joaquin 68, of Belleville, IL departed this life on December 30, 2018 in O’Fallon, IL. Service will be private. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Wanda Joyce White Revilla of Belleville, IL; three sons, Dominic Revilla, Brian Ward of Belleville, IL and Steven Ward of Mascoutah, IL; two daughters, Diana White of Belleville, IL and Dorina Holtzclaw of Mt. Morris, MI; Twelve siblings in Acapulco, Mexico;  Seven Grandchildren, Heather, Siara, Sarah, Monica, Jose, Joshua,  and Melisa and a host of nieces, nephews other relative and friends.
