Mrs. Joyce A. Wilbourn, 66, of Belleville, IL departed this life on November 22, 2020 in Belleville, IL. Memorial service at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Teat Chapel, 10419 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL. She leaves to cherish her memories her two daughters Jonta Wilbourn (John Reed) and Melissa Wilbourn  (Robert Gamble); Three sons Emmanuel (Dusty) Wilbourn, Demond (Jenny) Wilbourn and Tarion Wilbourn (Tyshuana Murray); Two brothers Glen (Pat) Williams and Robert Westfall, Jr. Two step daughters Aretha Wilbourn and Diana Wilbourn; Four step sons John (Boo-Boo) Wilbourn and John (JB) Wilbourn, Eric Wilbourn, John (Lil John) Wilbourn; Special friends Minnie Crowder and Vina Williams and a host of Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
