Visitation service will be from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 27, 2019 at Teat Chapel, 10419 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL.  Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. She leaves to cherish her memories two sons Lester R. Willard-of Atlanta, GA and Anthony M. Willard of E. St. Louis, IL; Two daughters Andrea Y. Willard-Rouse of Belleville, IL and Claudia Monique Willard of Belleville, IL; One Grandson Ryan O. Vaughn of Belleville, IL; Two Great Granddaughters Summer Davis and Wynter I. Vaughn both of Belleville, IL; One Godson Darryl Barton of Atlanta, GA and a host of Special Goddaughters, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relative and friends.
