Mr. Thompson leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Dorothy Thompson of St. Louis, six sons: Melvin (Lisa) Thompson of Belfontaine, Mo. Clarence Thompson of St. Louis, Mo. James (Christine) Rodgers of Smyrna, GA. and Alan (Cheryl) Edwards of Southfield, MI. six daughters, Janet Taylor of St. Louis, MO Debra (Marvin) Harper of St. Louis, MO. Valerie Ford of St. Louis, MO. Elizabeth (Levi) Holton of Detroit, MI., Mordena Edwards of Redford, MI. and Sherry Edwards of Detroit, MI. Forty-three grandchildren and thirty-seven great grandchildren a host of cousin’s other relatives and friends.
