She leaves to cherish her memories her sons Willis Bibbs, III and Michael Bibbs of O’Fallon, IL; Daughter Dominique Bibbs of O’Fallon, IL; Brother William (Restee) Howell of Edwardsville, IL; Sisters Marco Howell of Belleville, IL and Renee (Ronald) Brown of Lebanon, IL; Grandson Diaaron Bibbs of O’Fallon, IL and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other dear relatives and friends.
