Mrs. Yvonne Bates, 84 of Fairview Heights, IL departed this life on March 13, 2024, in the
comfort of her home.

Memorial service will be from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Teat
Chapel, 10419 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL 62208.

She leaves to cherish her memories her sons Joseph (Yolanda) Bates of Fairview Heights, IL, and
Charles (Melanie) Bates of Houston, TX; Brothers Brooks (Edie) Hamilton of Los Angeles, CA,
and Ronnie Hamilton of Texarkana, AR; Sisters Ernestine (Earl) Franklin of Aurora, CO, and
Verna Satterfield of Omaha, NE; 5 Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandchild and a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins, and other dear relatives and friends.
